Delivery

Your order will be sent from our warehouse in Sydney.

Pricing the shipment

We will endeavour to ship by the most economical method available to us. We pass shipping costs straight through – there is no mark up on shipping. 

Track your order

You will receive an e-mail from us when your order has been shipped detailing shipping method and tracking number.

Receiving your order

When you receive your order please check the goods for defects and notify us about any claim within 48 hours from receipt of your order. If you haven’t received your total order or there are mistakes please contact us.

Customers responsibility when receiving orders; please note that by signing for your order the risk for the ordered items goes to you. If the cartons seems broken or appears to have been opened please don’t sign.
